Petition update2 State Solution: A Just and Sustainable Peace for Israel and PalestinePermanent Non Aggression Pact Instead of Ceasefire

Anyone who believes a permanent ceasefire will take place with a Hamas committed to Israels destruction, in control of Gaza is living in a fantasy.    A permanent ceasefire will only take place with either the destruction of Hamas or a non-aggression pact ensuring the permanent safety of Israel and Gaza.   Inherent in the latter is a belief in redemption I offer the following:

Whereas the people of Gaza and all its organizations wish to lead a normal peaceful life and believe in redemption – of both our own people and of the Israels.

Whereas the people of Israel which to lead a normal peaceful life an believe in the redemption – of both our own people and all the people of Gaza.

Be it resolved that.

Both the people of Gaza and the people of Israel, including all their inhabitants and organizations, through their governing bodies, commit to a permanent non-aggression pact with each other with attendant permanent ceasefire.

Gaza agrees to the immediate release of all hostages.    Israel withdraws its troops.

Border crossings are opened for two week for humanitarian aid to flow into Gaza and for all Gazan rockets,  and munitions to peacefully flow out of Gaza.

Upon verification of the latter, the blockade of Gaza is permanently lifted, subject to periodic inspections of shipments for weapons.

In keeping with the spirit of redemption Hamas and Islamic Jihad apologize to Israeli civilians for the October 7th attack, express sympathy to the victims. and will bring to justice those involved in the killing of babies and the rape of women and children.

In keeping with the spirit of redemption, Israel apologizes to Gazans and expresses sympathy for the civilian casualties, especially the children,  recognizing that much of this was the result of Hamas embedding itself within the fabric of Gaza.    Nevertheless our moral compass compels us to recognize that one civilian casualty is one too many.

Israel and Gaza and all its inhabitants commit to this pact forever.
