On December 12th, 2024 we got a decision from the 7th district court of appeals, it was AFFIRMED. Meaning, it was denied! I, unfortunately had to deliver the news to John. As you can imagine he did not take it well. While he is struggling tremendously, we still have a FIGHT. I'm not sure what our next steps are, but I can guarantee we aren't giving up. We will NOT stop until John is given a fair trial, with truth and honesty. I will make my voice heard with every corrupt politician, deceitful law officials, and manipulative court officers.
