Awaiting a response from the EPA

On December 13, 2023 I sent an inquiry to the Ohio EPA in regards to testing and the coal storage drainage. I did receive an email from a human at the EPA that day acknowledging the request.

Today, I sent a friendly email to the EPA asking for any updates on the progress of the 12/13/2024 request. I'm eagerly awaiting their response and what new information will be learned.

I appreciate every person who has signed this petition but I do have one more request of you. Please share this petition on your socials so that we can continue with positive momentum starting 2024.
