There's great news to share too: State Assemblymember Tim Grayson has introduced AB 2561 to exempt all 4 Sub-Districts of the Benicia Arsenal Historic District, as listed in the National Register of Historic Places, from streamlined high-density housing construction under SB 35, preserving the integrity of the District for future park acquisition.
