It’s the end of 2020 and the majority of the  Canal Rd Ngahere are still standing.

Thank you so much for everybody’s support, this is not over and we will keep strong on this and hold firm. Attached is a link to a video showing the successes and the challenges we have overcome at Canal Road.

There is an  Historic Macrocarpa  Tree at 1817 New North Rd, Avondale that is under threat of removal, so check it out and take action. 

If you’re on the North Shore of Auckland, support the parents of the Campbell  Bay School petition to stop the removal of their Pohutukawa trees too.
