For everyone who’s reached out about the Ticketmaster representative that contacted me, I do have their direct contact information and phone number. However, I’d prefer to wait until I hear back from them regarding the decision from Carter-Finley Stadium before sharing those details.

I don’t want to overwhelm them with calls and emails in the meantime. If approval goes through, I’ll share the best way for everyone to move forward with the refund process. My goal is to make things as smooth as possible. Tuesday was anything but smooth!
