정국을 지지하는 우리 서명인들은 정국을 대상으로 발생하고 있는 온라인 괴롭힘, 위협성 발언, 악의적인 허위정보 및 비방성 콘텐츠, 사생활 침해, 개인정보 유포, 지속적인 악성 루머 확산 및 기타 심각한 온라인 피해에 대해 HYBE와 BIGHIT MUSIC이 보다 신속하고 실질적인 조치를 취할 것을 강력히 촉구합니다.

정국은 귀사가 보호하고 관리해야 할 소속 아티스트입니다.

아티스트가 반복적이고 지속적인 온라인 공격에 노출되는 상황을 단순한 팬덤 간의 갈등이나 일반적인 온라인 논쟁으로 치부해서는 안 됩니다.

우리는 말이 아닌 실질적인 조치를 요구합니다.

1. 신뢰할 수 있는 신고를 철저히 조사해 주십시오.

협박, 지속적인 괴롭힘, 명예훼손성 게시물, 사생활 침해, 스토킹과 관련된 행위 또는 기타 법적·플랫폼 규정 위반 가능성이 있는 행위에 대한 신고를 면밀히 검토해 주십시오.

2. 관련 증거를 적극적으로 보존해 주십시오.

심각한 위반 행위가 신고된 경우 게시물, 댓글, 계정 정보, 영상, 캡처, 링크 및 기타 관련 자료를 체계적으로 확보하고 보존해 주십시오.

3. 증거가 확인된 경우 적절한 법적 조치를 취해 주십시오.

관련 행위가 법률이나 플랫폼 규정을 위반한 것으로 확인될 경우 필요한 법적 절차를 적극적으로 진행하고, 필요한 경우 관계 기관 및 플랫폼과 협력해 주십시오.

4. 신고 시스템을 강화해 주십시오.

팬들이 심각한 괴롭힘, 협박, 명예훼손, 사생활 침해 및 기타 악성 행위를 보다 명확하고 효과적으로 신고할 수 있는 체계를 마련해 주십시오.

5. 심각한 위협에는 신속하게 대응해 주십시오.

온라인에서 발생했다는 이유만으로 아티스트를 향한 위협을 가볍게 취급해서는 안 됩니다. 신뢰할 만한 위협이 제기된 경우 적절한 확인과 필요한 조치가 이루어져야 합니다.

6. 정국의 사생활과 안전을 적극적으로 보호해 주십시오.

개인정보의 무단 공유, 사생활 침해, 스토킹성 행동 또는 개인적인 정보를 수집·유포하려는 행위에 대해 필요한 보호 조치를 강화해 주십시오.

7. 일관되고 공정한 기준으로 대응해 주십시오.

가해 계정의 규모나 게시물의 조회수, 관련된 팬덤과 관계없이 심각한 위반 행위는 행위의 내용과 확인된 증거를 기준으로 동일하게 검토되어야 합니다.

이것은 보복을 요구하는 것이 아닙니다.

책임 있는 대응을 요구하는 것입니다.

우리는 정당한 비판이나 의견 표현을 검열해 달라고 요구하는 것이 아닙니다.

정상적인 의견과 비판, 그리고 괴롭힘·협박·명예훼손·사생활 침해·악의적인 허위정보 유포 등 선을 넘은 행위를 명확하게 구분해 달라는 것입니다.

팬들이 매번 개별적으로 신고하고, 유해한 콘텐츠가 광범위하게 확산된 이후에야 대응을 기다려야 하는 상황이 반복되어서는 안 됩니다.

정국 역시 다른 모든 아티스트와 마찬가지로 존엄성, 사생활, 안전, 그리고 심각한 피해가 발생했을 때 적절한 보호를 받을 권리가 있습니다.

HYBE와 BIGHIT MUSIC은 아티스트를 보호하기 위한 전문적인 인력과 법률 자문, 플랫폼 및 관계 기관과의 소통 체계를 갖추고 있습니다. 개인 팬들이 할 수 있는 대응에는 분명한 한계가 있습니다.

따라서 우리는 귀사가 심각한 온라인 괴롭힘에 대한 대응 체계를 강화하고, 관련 증거를 적극적으로 보존하며, 플랫폼 및 관계 기관과 협력하고, 확인된 위반 행위에 대해 적절한 법적 조치를 취할 것을 강력히 촉구합니다.

이 청원은 누구를 향한 괴롭힘이나 보복을 요구하는 것이 아닙니다.

철저한 조사, 적법한 절차, 책임 있는 대응, 그리고 아티스트 보호를 요구하는 것입니다.

정국에게는 보호받을 권리가 있습니다.

신뢰할 수 있는 신고는 철저히 조사되어야 합니다.

확인된 위반 행위에는 적절한 조치가 이루어져야 합니다.

HYBE와 BIGHIT MUSIC이 이 요구를 엄중하게 받아들이고, 정국을 비롯한 소속 아티스트들의 안전과 권리를 보호하기 위한 실질적이고 지속적인 조치를 취해 주시기를 촉구합니다.

We, the undersigned supporters of Jungkook, are calling on HYBE and BIGHIT MUSIC to take prompt, consistent, and meaningful action to protect their artist from serious online harassment, threats, malicious misinformation, defamatory content, impersonation, privacy violations, and the repeated circulation of unverified claims.

Jungkook, as an artist represented by your company, should not be expected to face persistent online abuse without adequate institutional protection.

WE DEMAND ACTION — NOT JUST STATEMENTS

We call upon HYBE and BIGHIT MUSIC to:

1. Investigate credible reports thoroughly.

Reports involving threats, targeted harassment, defamatory allegations, privacy violations, stalking-related behaviour, or other potentially unlawful conduct should be properly reviewed rather than dismissed or treated as ordinary fandom disputes.

2. Preserve and document evidence.

Relevant posts, comments, accounts, videos, screenshots, recordings, URLs, and other available evidence should be properly documented and preserved when serious violations are reported.

3. Pursue legal remedies where the evidence supports them.

When conduct potentially violates applicable laws, regulations, or platform rules, we ask the company to take appropriate legal steps and cooperate with relevant authorities and platforms.

4. Strengthen the reporting system.

Fans should have a clear and accessible way to report serious threats, harassment, defamation, privacy violations, and other harmful content, with meaningful follow-up where appropriate.

5. Respond to serious threats with urgency.

Threats against an artist's safety should never be normalised as "fan behaviour" or dismissed simply because they occur online. Credible threats require appropriate assessment and action.

6. Protect Jungkook's privacy and personal safety.

We ask the company to take appropriate measures concerning the unauthorised sharing of private information, invasive behaviour, stalking, or attempts to obtain and distribute personal details.

7. Take action consistently.

Protection should not depend on how large an account is, how much attention a post receives, or which fandom is involved. Serious violations should be assessed according to the conduct and available evidence.

THIS IS ABOUT ACCOUNTABILITY.

We are not asking HYBE or BIGHIT MUSIC to police ordinary criticism, opinions, or legitimate discussion.

We are asking for a clear distinction between legitimate criticism and conduct that crosses the line into harassment, threats, defamation, privacy violations, targeted abuse, or other potentially unlawful behaviour.

Fans should not have to repeatedly watch harmful content circulate before meaningful action is taken.

Jungkook deserves the same basic protections afforded to any artist represented by a major entertainment company: privacy, dignity, safety, and an effective response when credible violations are reported.

WE ASK HYBE AND BIGHIT MUSIC TO DO THEIR PART.

Protecting an artist cannot be reduced to asking fans to report harmful posts individually. A company representing an artist has access to professional resources, legal counsel, platform contacts, and investigative mechanisms that individual fans do not.

We therefore urge HYBE and BIGHIT MUSIC to establish a clear, transparent, and effective approach to serious online abuse, strengthen their legal response, preserve evidence, cooperate with relevant platforms and authorities, and take appropriate action when violations are substantiated.

This petition is not a call for harassment, retaliation, or vigilantism against anyone.

It is a call for responsible investigation, due process, accountability, and protection.
