聯合部門清拆日(一)：僅清理少量垃圾，僭建、圍牆、圍欄及大型設施全未處理。地政總署人員宣稱，「2022年6月之前已存在的建築物將不會被處理」。

Joint-department clearance day (1): only some trash removed; illegal structures, fences, and large installations left untouched. Lands Department representative announced that “structures existing before June 2022 are exempt from removal”.

28 January 2026

霸地帶頭人芳姐於商業電台881《在晴朗的一天出發》節目中稱，立法會議員鄭泳舜及深水埗區議員陳龍傑支持並協助其行為。

The leader of the occupation stated on Commercial Radio 881 that Legislative Councillor Vincent Cheung Wing Shun and District Council Member Chan Lung Kit supported and assisted the illegal occupation.

9 February 2026

聯合部門清拆日(二)：霸地帶頭人芳姐死守於毛澤東像旁，妨礙司法公正，導致各政府部門人員等候全日，無執行任何行動。

Joint-department clearance day (2): the leader stayed beside the Mao statue, obstructing enforcement. Government staff waited all day without carrying out any actions.

地政總署人員清晨到場移走毛澤東像。

Lands Department staff removed the Mao statue in the morning.

27 February 2026

連同聯署去信政府部門，要求解釋「2022年6月之前已存在的建築物將不會被處理」的做法，並對議員支持並協助霸地之事宜展開調查；以及最重要的還原主教山綠化地環境。

Emailed several government departments along with the petition, requesting an explanation for the cut-off date of June 2022 and an investigation into the alleged Councilors’ involvement; and most importantly, a restoration of the hill's environment.
