埼玉県秩父市にあるパリー食堂は、昭和初期に建てられた歴史的建造物であり、97年の歴史を持つ老舗食堂です。

建物は国の登録有形文化財に指定されており、地域の観光資源としても重要な役割を果たしています。

しかし、耐震診断の結果、倒壊の危険があるとされ、耐震工事には約4000万円の費用がかかる見通しです。

現状、文化財保護課を通じて市役所内で行政の支援を求めましたが、手続きが難航し、企業版ふるさと納税を利用することも叶いませんでした。

また、新築に比べ昭和初期の建造物を維持するには倍以上のコストがかかるのが現実です。

現在の状況では、行政のバックアップがなければ維持が困難であり、自己資金だけでは工事費用を賄うことができません。

そこで、パリー食堂を筆頭に、昭和初期の文化を守る取り組みを行政が後押しし、企業版ふるさと納税の対象事業として支援していただきたいと考えています。

この取り組みが実現すれば、資金を集めるだけでなく、地域活性化や文化財の保護、日本の歴史的価値を後世に伝える重要な一歩となります。

国、県、市が一体となり、この活動を支えていただけるよう強く要望いたします。

また、パリー食堂は地域の観光資源としても重要な存在であり、その保全は地域全体の活性化に寄与します。

そこで、秩父市が「企業版ふるさと納税」の対象事業に指定することで、企業からの寄付を通じて資金を集めることを強く希望します。

この取り組みが実現すれば、地域経済の活性化や文化財の保護、さらには秩父市全体の魅力向上にも繋がると考えています。

Pari Shokudo, located in Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture, is a historic dining establishment built in the early Showa era, boasting a 97-year history. The building is designated as a Registered Tangible Cultural Property of Japan and plays a vital role as a regional tourism resource.

However, a recent seismic diagnosis has revealed a risk of collapse, and the estimated cost for the necessary seismic reinforcement work is approximately 40 million yen. Despite seeking administrative support through the Cultural Property Protection Division and City Hall, the process has faced significant hurdles, and utilizing the Corporate Furusato Tax (Hometown Tax) system is currently not an option.

Maintaining a structure from the early Showa era comes with costs that are more than double those of constructing a new building. Without administrative support, it will be exceedingly difficult to preserve this cultural treasure, as self-funding alone cannot cover the construction costs.

We strongly believe that the preservation of Pari Shokudo, and by extension, the culture of the early Showa era, should be actively supported by the administration. Designating this initiative as a project eligible for the Corporate Furusato Tax system would not only secure the necessary funding but also contribute significantly to regional revitalization and the protection of cultural heritage, ensuring that Japan’s historical values are passed down to future generations.

Pari Shokudo is an essential part of Chichibu’s tourism appeal, and its preservation will greatly benefit the entire region. By designating this project as eligible for the Corporate Furusato Tax system, companies will have the opportunity to contribute through donations, creating a funding source that supports preservation efforts.

This initiative holds the potential to revitalize the local economy, protect cultural heritage, and enhance the overall appeal of Chichibu City. We earnestly request the active support and engagement of the administration in making this vision a reality.
