The Life-Threatening Incident Approximately 11 and a Half Years Ago: The Origin of Everything
Approximately eleven and a half years ago, an incident directly targeting my life occurred. In the emergency room of Kumamoto City Hospital, I was administered succinylcholine (suxamethonium), a muscle relaxant, by the Kumamoto Prefectural Police and doctors. Although the doctor described it as a "sedative," I distinctly remember seeing "SUCCIN" clearly marked on the ampoule. During the first administration, I felt a burning, searing pain in my blood vessel.
Surveillance cameras in the emergency room captured a conversation between the attending doctors and police officers stating, "Unless we administer the second dose immediately, one after another, we won't be able to induce cardiac arrest (and disguise it as a natural death)." As they attempted to forcibly administer the second dose into my vein, I fought them off, broke through a window, and escaped from the hospital. This series of events was nothing less than an "attempted murder disguised as medical treatment" targeting me.
Organized Obstruction Regarding Evidence Preservation of the Genesis Incident: Unveiling Judicial Corruption and Forming the Causal Link
My attempts to preserve conclusive evidence of this attempted murder (including security camera footage from the emergency room, medical records, and re-examination of confiscated urine samples) were met with extremely malicious organized obstruction. This series of obstructions precisely became the direct and unavoidable causal link that propelled my subsequent actions and my current activities on https://www.change.org/RyumaSakamoto
At that time, I attempted to file these requests for evidence preservation through a lawyer with the Criminal Division of the Kumamoto District Court. Based on my memory of "SUCCIN" being marked on the ampoule and the abnormal pain I felt during the first administration, I was convinced that this substance was not a sedative. Later, an honest lawyer confirmed that it was indeed not a sedative. This lawyer recognized the necessity of preserving evidence because the state power knew that succinylcholine, not a sedative, would be detected in my urine.
However, just as we were about to proceed with evidence preservation, that assigned attorney, who was a very honest and righteous lawyer associated with the Communist Party, suddenly apologized, crying and trembling, stating they would be "dismissed due to depression," and abandoned my defense. This represented an extremely unnatural form of obstruction.
Subsequently, I was assigned multiple public defenders, and they too obstructed this evidence preservation request. First, one public defender explicitly pressured me, stating, "It's better not to go against state power." Consequently, I filed a motion to dismiss this public defender with the court, and it was granted. However, the next public defender assigned after the dismissal was, to my even greater surprise, the eldest son of a former prosecutor. He behaved like a subcontractor for the prosecution, further escalating the obstruction of my evidence preservation attempts. I filed a human rights relief petition and sought assistance from the Bar Association, but I received a "Notice of Non-Acceptance" without an official seal, among other responses, effectively thwarting all my legitimate attempts at evidence preservation.
Furthermore, at that time, I lacked legal knowledge and was in a completely isolated and friendless state. Despite this, I attempted to preserve evidence myself, but my application was dismissed due to procedural violations. (I emphasize clearly that this dismissed evidence preservation petition was related to the aforementioned incident in Kumamoto and is entirely separate from the pre-litigation evidence preservation petition filed with the Civil Division of the Tottori District Court, which is mentioned in my https://www.change.org/RyumaSakamoto campaign.)
Given such organized and relentless obstruction that consistently blocked legitimate legal procedures, it was only natural that I, at that time, was forced to abandon my attempts at evidence preservation. This was because they had clearly orchestrated these obstructions with the intent to prevent it from the very beginning. This profoundly unjust experience became the decisive causal link that led me to deeply understand the reality of judicial corruption and human rights abuses, and subsequently connect to my current activities.

約11年半前、私の生命を直接狙った事件が発生しました。熊本市民病院の救急室において、熊本県警察と医師らによって、筋弛緩剤であるサクシニルコリン（サクスメトニウム）を投与されたのです。医師は「安定剤」と説明しましたが、私はアンプルに「サクシン」と明記されているのをはっきりと記憶しています。最初の投与時、私の血管には焼けるような激痛が走りました。
救急室内の監視カメラには、現場の医師と警察官が**「（1本目を）打ってすぐ立て続けに2本目を投与しなければ、心肺停止させることができない（突然死に偽装することができない）」**と会話している様子が記録されています。私は2本目を無理矢理実力行使で血管に打たれそうになったため、それを振り払い、窓を突き破り病院から脱出しました。この一連の出来事は、私に対する「医療行為を装った殺人未遂」に他なりません。
端緒事件の証拠保全を巡る組織的妨害：司法腐敗の露呈と因果関係の形成
この殺人未遂事件の決定的な証拠（救急室内の監視カメラ映像、医療記録、押収された尿サンプルの再検査など）を保全しようとする私の試みは、極めて悪質な組織的妨害に遭いました。この一連の妨害こそが、その後の私の行動と、現在のhttps://www.change.org/RyumaSakamotoでの活動を突き動かす直接的かつ不可避的な因果関係となりました
私は当時、弁護士を介してこれらの証拠保全請求を、熊本地方裁判所刑事部に提出しようとしました。私の記憶にある「サクシン」の記述、そして1本目の投与時に感じた異常な痛みから、私はこの薬物が安定剤ではないと確信していました。後に誠実な弁護士によってそれが安定剤ではない事実が判明し、私の尿からサクシンの成分が検出されることを国家権力が予期していたため、弁護士も証拠保全の必要性を認識しました。
しかし、証拠保全を進めようとした矢先、共産党関係の非常に誠実で正義感の強い弁護士だったその担当弁護士が突然、泣き震えながら「鬱病で解任される」と謝罪し、弁護を放棄するという、極めて不自然な形で妨害が発生しました。
その後、私には複数の国選弁護人が付きましたが、彼らもまた証拠保全請求を妨害してきました。まず、一人の国選弁護人からは「国家権力に逆らわない方が良い」と露骨な圧力を受けたため、私はこの国選弁護人の解任を申し立て、裁判所に提出し、解任が認められました。しかし、解任後に付いた次の国選弁護人は、さらに驚くべきことに、元検察官の長男でした。彼はまるで検察の下請け業者のように振る舞い、私の証拠保全の試みを一層エスカレートさせて妨害してきました。 私は弁護士会に人権救済申し立てを行うなど助けを求めるも、公印のない不受理通知を受け取るなど、私の正当な証拠保全の試みはことごとく封殺されました。
私は当時、法的な知識が乏しく、全くの孤立無援の状況に置かれていました。そのため、自ら証拠保全を試みましたが、手続き上の不備（違反）を理由に却下されました。（この却下された証拠保全申立ては、上記の熊本での事件に関連するものであり、現在https://www.change.org/RyumaSakamotoで言及している鳥取地方裁判所民事部に提出した訴訟提起前の証拠保全申立事件とは完全に別件であることを明確に強調します
これほどの組織的な妨害を受け、正当な法的手続きがことごとく阻まれる状況では、当時の私が証拠保全を断念せざるを得なかったのは当然のことでした。なぜなら、彼らは最初から妨害する意図を持って周到に根回しをしていたからです。この極めて不公正な経験こそが、私が司法の腐敗と人権侵害の現実を深く学び、その後の活動へと繋がる決定的な因果関係となりました。
