ポーランド大使館とのコラボレーションで完成した ミヤザキケンスケさんの「平和の壁画」の件

先日NHKの複数回のニュース放送で区民センター壁面の「平和の壁画」のことを知った目黒区民の方々も多いと思います。

現在大規模な再開発で数年後には全解体工事に入るかも知れない区民センターの大きな壁面に壁画アーティストを区が雇って共同で壁画を描かせました。

また区民や有志、子供達まで参加協力してもらって「ウクライナでの戦争終結」、「世界平和」を目黒から発信するべく壁画は完成しました。区長は式典まで開き、目黒に関係のあるウクライナ人の来客や大使館関係者も参加、政治家も記念撮影をしていました。

しかしこれらの参加者に目黒区民センターの素案が問題になっている事、数年しか壁画は残らないかも知れないことを正しく伝えたのでしょうか？

NHKの報道だけを見ると壁画は長くこの場所に大切にされていく印象しか与えていません。子供達もそのように思い込んでいます。また壁画アーティストは区民ギャラリーで個展までもセットで開催予定ですがこちらも館が無くなることなど報道では想定されていません。

区長や目黒の政治家がTVで取り上げられることを目的としたまるで視聴者の騙し討ちのようなイベント、一過性のパフォーマンスの報道に成り下がってしまっています。これは今後批判されうることでしょう。

壁画の内容、存在以前に区民の税金が使われています。長く保存することは義務と思われます。

*６月２８日から目黒区美術館・区民ギャラリーで開催されている壁画のプロセスや関連絵画を公開する展示会でも経費や広報物などに税金が使われています。

Many Meguro residents may have heard about the "Peace Mural" on the wall of the Meguro Ward Citizens' Center on NHK's multiple news broadcasts the other day.

The ward hired a mural artist to paint the mural on the large wall of the ward's community center, which is currently undergoing a large-scale redevelopment project and may be completely demolished in a few years' time.

The mural was completed with the cooperation of ward residents, volunteers, and even children, in order to send a message from Meguro about the end of the war in Ukraine and world peace. The mayor even held a ceremony, which was attended by Ukrainian guests and embassy officials with ties to Meguro, as well as politicians who took commemorative photos.

However, did he properly inform these participants that the Meguro Residents' Center draft plan is in trouble and that the mural may only remain for a few years?

The NHK report alone gives the impression that the mural will be cherished at this location for a long time. Children are also under the impression that this is the case. Also, the news report does not assume that the museum will disappear, although the mural artist plans to hold a solo exhibition at the ward residents' gallery as part of the set.

The event has been reduced to a one-time performance, as if the mayor and Meguro politicians were trying to fool the viewers for the purpose of being featured on TV. This is something that can be criticized in the future.

The taxpayers' money is being spent on the mural before its content and existence. Preserving it for a long time seems to be an obligation.

Wielu mieszkańców okręgu Meguro mogło usłyszeć o "pokojowym muralu" na ścianie Centrum Obywatelskiego okręgu w wielu programach informacyjnych NHK.

Okręg zatrudnił artystę muralistę do namalowania wspólnego muralu na dużej ścianie centrum okręgowego, które jest obecnie w trakcie przebudowy na dużą skalę i może zostać całkowicie wyburzone za kilka lat.

Mural został ukończony przy współpracy mieszkańców okręgu, wolontariuszy, a nawet dzieci, aby wysłać wiadomość z Meguro o zakończeniu wojny na Ukrainie i pokoju na świecie. Burmistrz zorganizował nawet ceremonię, w której wzięli udział ukraińscy goście i urzędnicy ambasady związani z Meguro, a politycy zrobili sobie pamiątkowe zdjęcia.

Ale czy prawidłowo poinformował tych uczestników, że projekt Centrum Mieszkańców Meguro jest problematyczny i że mural może pozostać tylko przez kilka lat?

Sam raport NHK sprawia wrażenie, że mural będzie pielęgnowany w tym miejscu tylko przez długi czas. Dzieci również odnoszą takie wrażenie. Artysta muralu planuje również zorganizować zestaw wystaw indywidualnych w galerii mieszkańców okręgu, ale raport prasowy nie zakłada, że muzeum również zniknie.

Wydarzenie zostało zredukowane do jednorazowego występu, rodzaju wydarzenia, które burmistrz i politycy Meguro próbują oszukać widzów, aby uzyskać relacje w telewizji. W przyszłości może to zostać skrytykowane.

Przed treścią i istnieniem muralu wydawane są pieniądze podatników dzielnicy. Wydaje się obowiązkowe, aby zachować go przez długi czas.
