大阪府の動物行政は

平成２６年４月に、動物行政を健康医療部から環境農林水産部に移行しました。

しかし、環境農林水産部は

2度刑事告発をされています。

また、健康医療部はかわいそうだからという理由で平成22年から殺処分機を使用していませんでした。
