(追記 2025/1/20) 百条委員会の委員を務めていた竹内英明・前兵庫県議が、1月18日に自宅で亡くなっているのが発見されました。自殺とみられています。心よりご冥福をお祈り申し上げます。竹内氏は、SNS上での誹謗中傷が家族にまで及び、大きな精神的負担を抱えていたと指摘されています。立花孝志氏は竹内氏の死去について「逮捕されるのが怖くて自ら命を絶った」とSNSで発信しましたが、兵庫県警はこれを全面的に否定しました。このような悲劇を繰り返してはなりません。現在、この署名は55,000筆の賛同をいただいております。近日中に署名を提出する準備を進めてまいります。引き続きのご協力、よろしくお願いします。

立花氏は、百条委員会の委員の自宅前で街頭演説を行うなど、威圧的とも取れる行動を繰り返しています。これらの行為は、委員の業務遂行に支障をきたす可能性があり、威力業務妨害罪や住居侵入罪に該当する恐れがあります。また、民主的な議論の場を乱し、公務員の職務遂行を妨害する行為として、地方自治法にも抵触する可能性があります。
