促請私隱專員公署協助戶戶送送遞員取回工作資料 

Urging the GOV to help retrieve work data of Deliveroo workers

戶戶送在4月7日於香港結束營業，但戶戶送並未交代如何處理其應用程式内的數據去向，旗下送遞員擔心一切工作資料將會消失，導致日後未能提供工作證明和資料，影響包括報稅、申請社會福利、法庭申訴等等事宜。

Deliveroo is closing down business in Hong Kong on April 7 2025, but it has not explained how the work data in the APP would be handled. We, delivery workers are worried that all work data will be lost, resulting in the inability to provide proof of work and information in the future, affecting taxes, social welfare, and legal disputes etc.

部分外賣員已經透過《個人資料（私隱）條例》向戶戶送查閲個人資料，正候回覆。此聯署希望私隱專員公署根據，馬上介入：

Some riders have already requested personal data from Deliveroo according to Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. We call for the Office of Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data to step in immediately:

1）敦促戶戶送清盤人保留資料5年 

  Urge the liquidators of Deliveroo to retain the work data

2）督促戶戶送主動向送遞員提供個人資料，包括但不限於：每周的上線時間、接單率、完成訂單數量、收入

  Urge Deliveroo to provide work information of delivery workers, including but not limited to: weekly working time, acceptance rate, number of orders accomplished, and income.
