悪質ホスト問題に取り組む「一般社団法人 青少年を守る父母の連絡協議会」です。
この問題は、昨今の報道（添付資料参照）にもあるように社会問題としてクローズアップされています。

❸ホストの社員雇用化
❹ワンストップ支援窓口創設
当協議会は、７月20日に設立以来、250件以上の相談と70件以上の面談を受け、日々全国からの相談件数は増えています。
相談内容で、キャンパス内で知りあった「友人」が、ホストクラブへ連れていくケースが多々見受けられます。
大学キャンパスやサークルに入りこんで、ホストへの勧誘、キャッチを行っています。
ホスト問題の深刻さは、被害を受けた者が被害を受けたと認識できず、むしろ積極的にホスト通いや売春を選択したと確信している点にあります。まさにカルトです。
例えば、あるホストが結婚しようと言う。そのホストと何らの関わりがない段階で告げられたとしても、それを信じる人はほとんどいない。普通に常識を持っていた青少年が、ホストと関係し、「売掛」にはまることによって、ホストの価値観が浸透し、やがてその価値観を受け容れるようになった結果、世間で流布されているホスト像を大真面目に信じるようになる。

destructive host groups targeting young individuals
nationwide through a cult-like business approach.
Our Demands:
❶ Prohibit entry for individuals under 25
Implement age verification measures to restrict entry.
❷ Ban accounts receivable
Prohibit the imposition of exorbitant fees by ensuring transparent
disclosure of charges upon entry.
❸ Employee status for hosts
Advocate for the employment of hosts as employees rather than
operating on a commission-based model.
❹ Establish a one-stop support system
Create a nationwide, collaborative support system across relevant government agencies.
Numbers of nationwide host clubs (Dec. 2023)
Hokkaido... 70 establisments
Tohoku region: 25 establishments
Kanto region: 450 establishments
Chubu region: 125 establishments
Kinki region: 200 establishments
Chugoku and Shikoku region: 55 establishments
Kyushu and Okinawa region: 75 establishments.
Total nationwide: 1,000 establishments.
Assuming each establishment has 10 hosts
(perpetrators), the host population would be
10,000, with even more female victims.
As of Dec. 2023, the host industry is advertising practices such as free initial entry. There is a growing trend of
malicious practices (known as host club scams), taking advantage of the romantic feelings of young women, typically
around 20 years old, resulting in exorbitant food and drink charges. This has led to a rapid increase in victims.
Furthermore, these malicious practices contribute to human trafficking, including prostitution and international sex
trade, creating an environment conducive to organized crime.
One common trait with cults is their utilization of mind control & manipulation— effectively halting individuals from
independent thought, action, or reasoning, and transforming them into puppets. They may end up aligning with the
perpetrators, inadvertently contributing to increasing the number of victims similar to themselves. Cults employ highly
organized and intricate processes to completely reshape individuals, altering not only their personalities but their entire
thought processes. Essentially, cults manipulate individuals to the point where they may not realize they are victims,
rendering them incapable of questioning what is happening or recognizing that something is wrong.
The first petition drive addressed to the Shinjuku Ward Mayor collected 5,019 signatures and was submitted on Dec
12. While the host industry in the Kabukicho area (320 establishments) has somewhat calmed down, there has been an
expansion to around 700 establishments nationwide, especially in regional areas such as Osaka, Nagoya, and Sapporo.
It is crucial to elevate this as a nationwide movement.

College campuses are now being turned into weed cutting areas.
