2023年3月2日の日本におけるレイオフ以降の退職勧奨を拒否した結果、パワーハラスメント、キャリアの断絶、ボーナスの削減、株式で付与される賞与ゼロに対抗するために東京地方裁判所に申し立てたGoogle 日本法人の正社員6名は、2025年4月16日午後4時に東京地方裁判所606号室で初回裁判期日を迎えます。この裁判は、Googleの従業員だけでなく、RSUを受けている企業に雇用されている人々にも影響する最初の判例となる可能性があります。期日はどなたでも傍聴できますので、ぜひご参加いただき、従業員がお互いを支え合う、判決について前向きなイメージを裁判官に示してください。

ENGLISH VERSION

The 6 Google Japan FTEs who filed a motion to the Tokyo District Court to address the mental and power harassment, stagnation in their careers, and reduction of bonus and 0 GSU refresh as a result of refusing the MSA offered to them since the March 2, 2023 Japan layoffs will have their first trial day on the 16th of April 2025 at 4pm in Tokyo district court room 606. This trial has the potential to create a unique precedent that matters not just to Google employees but also to those employed by companies with stock equity refresh grants. Anyone is welcome to attend the first session, so please come, support and show that we all care about this important judgment.
