दोस्तों मैं ये पेटिसन शहीद जवानों के परिवारों के आर्थिक रूप से आत्मनिर्भरता के लिए शुरू कर रहा हूँ ।

जब भी कभी पुलवामा जैसे आतंकी हमले होते हैं तब देश में एक उबाल आ जाता है और लोग सेना के समर्थन में सडकों पर उतर आते हैं, उनके लिए आर्थिक मदद कि पेशकश करते हैं, नारे लगाते हैं और उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि देते हैं । सभी सरकारें अपने हिसाब से उनके लिए मुआवजे का ऐलान कर देती हैं ।

ये सभी अच्छी चीजें हैं और होनी चाहिए, लेकिन ये सब सिलसिला एक-दो महीने तक चलता है और उसके बाद फिर वही ढाक के तीन पात, सभी अपने काम में लग जाते हैं और फिर उन शहीदों के परिवार को कोई पूछने वाला नहीं रह जाता ।

मैं कहता हूँ कि कोई भी शहीद का परिवार अपनी आर्थिक आत्मनिर्भरता  के लिए सरकार के या लोगों के भरोसे क्यों रहे? कोई ऐसा निश्चित जरिया होना चाहिए जिससे उनकी आत्मनिर्भरता निश्चित हो ।

इस विषय में मेरा सुझाव ये है कि सभी जवानो चाहे वो शसस्त्र सेना के हों या अर्धसैनिक बल के हों या फिर वे सभी राज्यों के पुलिस के जवान ही क्यों न हों सभी के लिए सरकार कि तरफ से कम से कम २ करोड़ का टर्म इंश्योरेंस करवाया जाना चाहिए, ताकि सर्वोच्च बलिदान के परिस्थिती में उनका परिवार राजनितिक दलों या सरकारों के भरोसे न रहे ।

कृपया इस पेटिसन पर ज्यादा से ज्यादा हस्ताक्षर करें ताकि इस विषय को हम सभी सरकारों तक पहुंचा सकें।

Dear Friends I have started this petition for Financial independence of families of all the martyred soldiers.

Whenever we face a attack like recent Pulwama attack we mourn for them and we all offer some financial support to there families. All the state governments announce a compensation for there families as per there wish.

All these steps are great, but these thing does not continue for long. Now a days you can't count on some 20-25 lakh rupees to provide financial independence to the families of the soldiers.

In my opinion the families of the soldiers should not depend on government or common public for there financial independence. There should be a fixed procedure for making sure that there families are financially independent.

My suggestion is that all the soldier (let them be from Armed forces, Paramilitary forces or a police force from any state of the country) should be provided with a term insurance of Rs. 2 Crore, so that in the event of supreme sacrifice there families does not depend on the support from any political party or governments.

Currently the Army, Navy and Air-force provide the soldier an insurance cover of Maximum Rs. 40 lakhs for officers and Rs. 20 lakhs for jawans.
