Мы, нижеподписавшиеся граждане России и Беларуси, вынужденно покинувшие свою родину, в связи с неприятием политики своих стран, хотим выразить нашу полную солидарность и поддержку украинскому народу и всей братской Украине. Мы категорически не приемлем насилие ни в каком виде и проявлении.

Мы хотим выразить огромную благодарность Грузии и её гражданам за гостеприимность.

Согласно отчёту министра экономики Грузии Левана Давиташвили в страну въехало порядка 25 тысяч человек из РФ и Беларуси. В большинстве своём это IT специалисты и предприниматели. Это наиболее активные и грамотные люди, способные сами обеспечивать себя. Мы не только не отнимаем рабочих мест, мы их можем создать. Путём открытия новых компаний на территории Грузии, а также путём спроса в сфере услуг, что способствует повышению благосостояния граждан Грузии.

Мы высоко ценим грамотно выстроенные государственные процедуры, такие как оформление ИП и ООО, постановку на учёт в налоговом органе. Это делается очень просто и буквально за один день. Но сейчас мы сталкиваемся с нерешаемой проблемой в виде отказа в получении расчётного счёта в банках Грузии. Согласно нашей статистике, за период с 04 по 11 марта этого года 95% специалистов не смогли открыть счёт в грузинских банках даже после регистрации ИП. Создаётся парадоксальная ситуация: мы являемся полноправными налогоплательщиками страны, но не имеем возможности открыть в этой стране счёт в банке, принимать на него средства, иметь пластиковые карты и, следовательно, расплачиваться за жильё, еду и другие нужды.

Просим Вас помочь в решении сложившейся ситуации с открытием счетов для граждан России и Беларуси в банках Грузии. 

Как показывает практика стран с успешно развивающимся IT-сектором, там осуществляется грамотная поддержка и координация данного сектора со стороны государства. Это приносит ощутимые финансовые поступления в бюджет этих стран и способствуют повышению их репутации на международной арене. Мы надеемся и рассчитываем на грамотную поддержку и координацию нашей работы, что в будущем позволит достичь высоких результатов в развитии сферы IT в Грузии.

We, the undersigned citizens of Russia and Belarus, who were forced to leave their homelands because we disagree with the policies of our governments, first of all, would like to express our full solidarity and support to the Ukrainian people and all fraternal Ukrainian land. We believe that violence of any form and manifestation is categorically unacceptable.

We also would like to express our deep gratitude to Georgia and its citizens for their hospitality.

According to the report of Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development - Levan Davitashvili, about 25,000 people from Russia and Belarus have entered the country recently. Most of them are IT specialists and entrepreneurs. Those are the most active and competent specialists of our countries who can provide for themselves. Not only do we not take away jobs and workplaces, we can create them. We can do so by opening new companies in the territory of Georgia, as well as through creating demand in the service sector, which contributes to improving the well-being of citizens of Georgia.

We highly appreciate well-organized state procedures, such as registration of individual entrepreneurs and LLCs, registration with the tax authority. These procedures can be performed easily and literally in one day. However, now we are facing with a practically unsolvable problem in the form of a refusal to open current accounts in Georgian banks. According to our statistics, for the period from 4 to 11 March this year, 95% of specialists were unable to open an account in Georgian banks even after registering as individual entrepreneurs. It creates a paradox: we already are or wish to become full-fledged taxpayers of Georgia, but we are not able to open bank accounts in this country, accept funds, have plastic cards and, therefore, pay for housing, food and other needs.

We ask You to help in resolving the current situation with opening accounts for citizens of Russia and Belarus in Georgian banks. As the practice of countries with a successfully developing IT sector shows, there is competent support and coordination of this sector carried out by the state in these countries. Such attitude brings tangible financial revenues to the budgets of these countries and enhances their reputation in the international arena. We hope and count on competent support and coordination of our work, which in the future will allow all of Us, foreign guests and citizens of Georgia, to achieve high results in the development of the IT sector in Georgia.
