Инициативная группа организаций: Благотворительная организация "Фонд помощи морякам "Ассоль" (Одесса, Украина), родственники осужденных моряков и и охранников, Центр Социальных Инициатив и Развития, Федерация Морских Профессиональных Союзов Украины, Черноморский Профессиональный Союз Моряков, Фонд "Украина-Россия" cоздали и первыми подписали настоящий документ. Призываем всех неравнодушных людей и все заинтересованные организации присоединиться, подписать и распространить данную петицию.
The initiative group of organizations: Charitable organization «Seamen Relief Fund «Asol» (Odessa, Ukraine), relatives of convicted sailors and guards, Center for Social Initiatives and Development, Federation of Marine Trade Unions of Ukraine, The Black Sea Mariners Trade Union, Fund "Ukraine-Russia" сreated and the first signed this document. We urge all concerned people and all interested organizations to join, sign and extend this petition.
Наши совместные усилия должны служить координации действий по скорейшему восстановлению справедливости - оправданию и возвращению домой моряков и персонала судна Seaman Guard Ohio, а также обеспечить урегулирование в правовом поле работу охранных организаций в пиратоопасных зонах.
Our joint efforts should serve as a coordination of action for the earliest restoration of justice - for acquittal and the return home of sailors and personnel of the ship «Seaman Guard Ohio», and also provide regulation in the legal field of work of security organizations in the areas with danger of pirates.
Судно «Seaman Guard Ohio» (плавучая охранная база), следовавшее под флагом Сьерра-Леоне и принадлежащее американской компании AdvanFort, было задержано индийскими властями в октябре 2013 года. Экипаж и группа охраны судов от пиратов была вынуждена изменить маршрут, уходя от шторма, судно и все кто был на тот момент на борту, были задержаны и арестованы.
Vessel «Seaman Guard Ohio» (floating protecting base), which follows under the flag of Sierra Leone and which is owned by American company «AdvanFort», was arrested by the Indian authorities in October 2013. The crew and the group of guard ships from pirates was forced to change the route, avoiding the storm, ship and all who were at the time on board, were arrested and detained.
Судебные перипетии продолжаются до сих пор. Моряков и охранников, то освобождают и оправдывают, то опять заключают под арест. 11 января 2016 г. очередной индийский суд приговорил членов экипажа и охранников судна по борьбе с пиратством "Seaman Guard Ohio" к пяти годам тюремного заключения и денежному штрафу каждого из них. Вместе с 32 гражданами Индии, Эстонии и Великобритании жертвами стали и 3 украинца. Решение еще может быть обжаловано. Все это время на берегу в разных странах ждут своих родных семьи, которые сами находятся в бедственном положении.
Legal troubles are still going on. Sailors and guards were released and justified first, and then again were placed under arrest. 11th January, 2016 just another Indian court sentenced the crew members and security guards of ship of combating piracy "Seaman Guard Ohio" to five years in prison and fined each of them. Together with the 32 citizens of India, Estonia and the UK, 3 victims are Ukrainians. The decision still can be appealed. All this time, on the banks of different countries are still waiting for their relatives the families, which are themselves in distrous.
Мы, нижеподписавшиеся, призываем Украину, Эстонию, США, Великобританию, Сьерра-Леоне наладить активное тесное сотрудничество на уровне глав государств, правительств, парламентов и МИД, направленную на оказание всей необходимой помощи экипажу и персоналу охранного судна «Seaman Guard Оhio», арестованных в Индии в 2013 году. Также призываем позаботиться о семьях.
We, the undersigned, urge Ukraine, Estonia, USA, UK, Sierra Leone to establish active co-operation at the level of Heads of State, governments, parliaments and Ministries of Foreign Affairs, directed on providing all necessary assistance to the crew and security personnel of the ship «Seaman Guard Оhio», arrested in India in 2013. Also urge to take care about their families.
Призываем профсоюзы, ООН, Международную палату судоходства, Международную морскую организацию, Международную организацию труда, национальные и международные ассоциации судовладельцев и другие организации, выступить с инициативой и быть активными участниками разработки и имплементации международных конвенций по работе охраны в пиратских зонах с целью недопущения подобных ситуаций.
We urge trade unions, the United Nations, the International Chamber of Shipping, the International Maritime Organization, International Labour Organization, national and international shipowners' associations and other organizations, to take the initiative and be active participants in the development and implementation of international conventions on the protection in the areas of piracy in order to prevent such situations.
