04.07.2012 on the social Network Facebook and Russian segment Facebook spread information about a user under the name "Andrew Parfenov," which laid out on his page photos of the torture and killing of dogs. See http://democrator.ru/problem/7802

We managed to find addresses and phone numbers of himself and his closest relatives: Parfenov Andrey Vladimirovich date of birth 1.1.1993, the address: the Republic of Bashkortostan, with. Alatorka, str. Pochtovaya, bld. 18, kV. 1), tel.8 960 397 87 51; sister Irina Parfenova phone. 8 987 486 03 60
As can be seen from the record in his "profile", such actions he undertook on somebody's order and for the money. which is confirmed by the obvious presence of other participants of the sadistic massacre, which took pictures of the torture of the animal.

In this connection, we demand the law enforcement bodies to find and punish not only the artist, but also its sponsors for the "cruel treatment of the animals, committed by a group of persons in a preliminary conspiracy" (ст.245 part 2 of the criminal code of Russian Federation) and for the production and placement of photographs, propagating violence, leading to social discord according to 
Federal Law no . 114-FZ «On counteraction against extremist activities»

04.07.2012 по социальной Сети ВКонтакте и русскоязычному сегменту Фэйсбук распространялась информация о некоем пользователе под НИКом "Андрей Парфенов", который выложил на своей странице фотографии пыток и убийства собаки. См. http://democrator.ru/problem/7802

Нам удалось обнаружить адреса и телефоны его самого и его ближайших родственников: Парфенов Андрей Владимирович (дата рождения 1.1.1993, адрес: Республика Башкортостан, с. Алаторка, ул. Почтовая, д. 18, кв. 1), тел.8 960 397 87 51 ; сестра Ирина Владимировна Парфёнова тлф. 8 987 486 03 60
Как видно из записи в его "статусе", подобные действия он выполнял по чьему-то заказу и за деньги. что подтверждается очевидным наличием других участников садистской расправы, которые и фотографировали истязания животного.

В этой связи мы требуем от правоохранительных органов найти и наказать не только самого исполнителя, но и его спонсоров за "жестокое обращение с животными, совершенное группой лиц по предварительному сговору" ( ст.245 часть 2 УК РФ ) и за изготовление и размещение фотоматериалов, пропагандирующих насилие, ведущее к социальной розни согласно 
Федеральному Закону № 114-ФЗ «О противодействии экстремистской деятельности»
