Vet prices in the UK

The cost of vet bills in the UK have soared over recent years, forcing many pet owners to make impossible choices over the treatment of their beloved animals.

Vet bills have increased by 63% over a seven-year period, which was nearly twice the rate of inflation, according to the Competition and Markets Authority.

Many petitions on Change.org are calling for regulation of vet prices, especially when it comes to emergency treatments.
