On 12 May 2025, the UK Government published a White Paper on immigration, which included a change to the rules on ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain).
The qualifying period for Skilled Workers and other applicants under the points-based system will double from five years to 10 years.
These petitions oppose the Government's announced changes on ILR.
