Residents across Texas have come to Change.org with one mission: to address the animal overpopulation that is currently putting a strain on animal services in Texas. With limited number of spaces available in shelters in Texas, animals are being euthanized at alarming rates. These petitions hope to create new shelters, enact spay and neuter legislation, and create better environments for animals across Texas.
