OPEN MANIFESTO: ON TERMINATING THE ILLEGAL TRADE OF DIVINE PROPERTY

To: The Supreme Court of the United States, The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and the Congress of the United States.

The Thesis:

The modern Intellectual Property (IP) industry is built upon a false claim: that a human being is the absolute owner of ideas, inventions, and works of art. However, the official U.S. national doctrine, inscribed on every banknote — "In God We Trust" — formally recognizes the supremacy of God.

The Legal Contradiction:

1. If a nation trusts in God, it acknowledges that man is but a tool in the Creator’s hands. A tool cannot own the fruits of its Creator’s work.
2. Any human claim to "exclusive ownership" of an idea (patent or copyright) without proving they are not a tool of God is an act of piracy and the misappropriation of divine property.
3. Consequently, the sale of rights to music, software, or patents constitutes trading in property that does not belong to the seller.

Our Demands:

1. Mandatory Disclaimer of Faith: Every rightsholder and buyer must be legally required to sign a declaration during any IP transaction: "I hereby confirm that this work belongs to man, not God, and by doing so, I officially deny the existence of God."
2. Purification of Public Space: A total ban on the public broadcast of copyrighted music and advertisements for protected products in common areas (streets, public transit, malls). Public space belongs to God and the people; only Free Gifts (Open Source/Public Domain) shall be permitted there.
3. Designated Secular Zones: Advertisements for "protected" (copyrighted) goods shall be restricted to private, closed venues intended solely for individuals who have officially confirmed their secular/godless status.

Conclusion:

We demand an end to the enslavement of the human mind through the artificial scarcity of ideas. Let the truth be revealed: either we recognize God and make knowledge a common good, or we officially mandate the status of "God-denier" for every purchase of "intellectual rights."

 

THE HIDDEN CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT:

Under US Consumer Protection Law, a seller is legally obligated to disclose all material terms and foundational assertions of a contract before a purchase is made. Today, this law is being maliciously and silently violated.

The entire modern copyright system is legally based on a hidden, active assertion: that the human/creator is NOT an instrument in the hands of God. By granting and selling these rights, corporations explicitly assert that human talent operates in absolute isolation from the Divine. They have built their entire commercial empire on this specific ideological claim, yet they choose to hide it from the consumer. Forcing a buyer into a transaction that silently enforces the assertion that "we are not tools of God" without their explicit knowledge constitutes unmasked Consumer Fraud, Misleading, and a direct violation of Freedom of Conscience. Stop hiding the true terms of your contracts!

THE LEGAL INVERSION: CODIFYING GOD AS THE DESTROYER
There is a dark metaphysical inversion hidden within corporate and contract law. While the state publicly prints "In God We Trust" on its currency, its written statutes commit a profound act of projection. Under common law doctrines, an "Act of God" (Force Majeure) is legally defined strictly as a catastrophic, destructive event—such as floods, hurricanes, or lightning strikes. In the legal "source code" of this empire, the Almighty is officially recognized only when property is being ruined, effectively codifying the Creator as a mere force of destruction.

Conversely, the system applies a grotesque double standard to the accumulation of wealth: The loss of profit is legally blamed on an Act of God, while the gain of profit is legally claimed as the personal achievement and intellectual merit of the businessman. When an enterprise generates billions by utilizing universal physical laws and divine inspiration, the corporate apparatus locks it behind copyrights and patents, declaring it "private property." They have legally inverted reality, projecting humanity's destructive nature onto the Creator while stealing His title of "Author" to protect their profits.

 

HISTORICAL BACKGROUND: THE "IN GOD WE TRUST" TRAP

The inclusion of "In God We Trust" on all U.S. currency was not an act of ancient faith, but a strategic move during the Cold War. In 1955, President Dwight D. Eisenhower signed the law (P.L. 84-140) requiring the motto on all currency to distinguish the U.S. from "godless Communism." [1, 2, 8]

Leaders of that era, influenced by the realization that great empires (like Rome) collapse when they lose their spiritual foundation, sought to anchor the nation's economic survival to divine recognition. By doing so, the United States officially declared that its prosperity and its very existence as a civilization are contingent upon its trust in God. [3, 4, 5]

Today, the U.S. faces a terminal contradiction: it claims to trust in God for its survival, yet its legal system (Intellectual Property law) treats God as a "ceremonial" non-entity to protect corporate profits. If a civilization collapses when it turns away from God, then claiming divine protection while stealing God's inspiration is the ultimate act of self-destruction. [6, 7]

LEGAL ADDENDUM: MOTION FOR JUDICIAL NOTICE
Subject: Recognition of Divine Authorship as Common Knowledge and Public Doctrine.

1. Doctrine of Judicial Notice: Under Federal Rule of Evidence 201, a court must take judicial notice of adjudicative facts that are "generally known within the trial court’s territorial jurisdiction." The proposition that "Human beings are instruments in the hands of God" constitutes a fundamental tenet of common knowledge, shared by the vast majority of the population and officially acknowledged by the State.

2. Official State Recognition: The United States government formally enshrines this recognition through the national motto "In God We Trust," present on all legal tender. This is not merely decorative; it is a declaration of the ontological source of all value and creative power.

3. Legal Consequence:

If the State recognizes God as the ultimate Creator, then by the principle of Common Sense, a human "author" or "inventor" acts only as a proxy or a biological medium.An instrument cannot hold original title to the fruits of the Principal’s inspiration.
Therefore, any claim of "exclusive ownership" (Copyright/Patent) by a human entity without a direct deed of transfer from the recognized Creator is a legal nullity and constitutes the unauthorized sale of divine property.
Conclusion: Unless the Court can prove that a human being is not a tool of God, it must admit that Intellectual Property law, as currently practiced, is a violation of the very "Trust in God" it officially professes.
