It has been stated that shoutbox bans cannot be lifted and are unappealable as they are not an essential part of the forum's functionality. If the shoutbox is a non-essential part of the forum's functionality, then permanent should be the last thing shoutbox bans are. The staff should not be this apathetic to these issues and these bans should be liftable and appealable as it can sometimes impede on the convenience and fun of the community.
