In March 2014, a pumper truck and crew will be taken from our neighbourhood Fire Station 224 Woodbine and moved to a new station outside of East York; and,
Whereas, our local station will be left with only one truck, reduced service and increased response times; and,
Whereas, the City has experienced tremendous growth since 2007 and there has been no increase in the number of firefighters;
