Wes Mays is a distinguished professional with a background in engineering and public service. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Mays has held several key roles in his career, starting as an Engineering Manager for RF/Microwave Products at TransCore. He later served as Director of Design Engineering at VIRTEX and Vice President of Business Innovation & Transformation at Triumph Business Capital. His leadership extended to the public sector, where he served as Mayor of the City of Coppell and as a Councilmember. In the corporate world, he held positions such as Director of OEM Relations & Business Development and Director of Product Innovation and Employee Success at Omnitracs, as well as Division Engineering Manager and Director of Electrical Engineering at Peterbilt Motors Company.
