Wesley Eugene Cantrell is an American politician and a former member of the Georgia House of Representatives, where he served the 22nd District from 2015 to 2023. A committed member of the Republican Party, Cantrell sponsored 96 bills during his tenure. His educational background includes a high school diploma from Riverwood High School, a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech, and a Master’s in Divinity from Southwestern Seminary. Beyond politics, Cantrell co-founded The King’s Academy and served as Executive Director at First Priority. He has also been involved in youth and religious ministries, holding positions such as Health Instructor at Cobb County Commission on Children & Youth, Associate Pastor of Student Ministries at Piedmont Baptist Church, and Youth Pastor at Fairview Baptist Church.
