Timothy O'Neal is an American politician and a member of the Republican Party, currently serving as the State Representative for the 48th district in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. He was first elected in a special election in May 2018 and officially took office on June 5, 2018. O'Neal holds an Associate's degree in Mining Technology from Penn State University, a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business. His professional experience includes roles in human resources across various companies such as Consol Energy, ATOS - Aqua Transfer & Oilfield Solutions, Murray Energy Corporation, and Mascaro Construction Company, LP. He has also served as a Captain in the US Army and a Service Member in the National Guard.
