Johnny Depp has been a phenomenal actor throughout his career. Depp was removed from the movie Pirates of the Caribbean by Walt Disney’s Company. This unfortunately is due to his ex wife Amber Heard lying and stating that Depp beat her. It has been proven that he did not hit her, but yet, that she beat on him repeatedly. She hit him with pots and pans 24/7 as if that was okay. This may come as a joke to some, but abuse towards a man or woman is not to be taken lightly. Now that this has come to light, Johnny Depp still has not been redeemed of this false news. Amber Heard ruined Johnny Depp’s life as well as career. Johnny Depp has always been one of the greatest actors ever since he started acting around the age of 21. This man NEVER disappoints when he makes a movie, so why continue to keep him from doing Pirates of the Caribbean?? That movie is nothing without him! Johnny Depp has been out recently as Captain Jack Sparrow. We don't really know the real reason though. He has been playing this role since 2003 when we first saw him arriving at the Port Royal in his boat with that epic background music playing. But can you imagine no Jack Sparrow at all? No epic entry scores, no humorous dialogues and the guy with the most good and bad luck at the same time?  Don't they know that without Johnny Depp or Jack Sparrow they will sink, they will never be able to reach that horizon. Marvel’s Daredevil has been canceled after a critically acclaimed third season, in what appears to be a one-sided move by Netflix. Despite the show’s success, Netflix has concluded that going ahead with an already planned-out fourth season does not serve their long-term business interests. As dedicated fans and savvy consumers of genre entertainment, we are convinced that Marvel’s Daredevil has great value, and, as dedicated consumers, we represent value to any media outlet that might want to continue the journey for these characters and their cast. Our wishes are that Marvel Television, and its parent company Disney, reach a deal with Netflix that allows the show, in its current format and with its current cast and crew, to continue on a different platform as soon as possible. According to the scant information available, the characters from Daredevil and the other Netflix shows are barred from use elsewhere for a time period of two years post-cancellation. Ideally, a deal can be made that allows Disney to take over the streaming rights of existing season and continue production uninterrupted. However, fans are willing to wait the two years if doing so allows Disney to continue production on another platform, such as its soon to be majority-owned Hulu service or any other service that is willing to be the hero of this story. I'm smart enough to know this most likely won't change anything but hopefully, this could get Disney to realize the mistake they made and not do it again in the future. I agree on the point that if people say a bunch of stupid shit while working for a studio, the studio has full right to fire him over the possible controversy. This situation is very different though as he made these jokes years before he was working for Disney and also the fact that they were jokes. I agree with most, including Gunn himself that the jokes were shitty and un-funny but they were still jokes, it wasn't an opinion or a statement, it was just a bad attempt at being funny. The other thing is if you do this to Gunn you have to do it for all the other directors who have said some crappy joke sometime in their life, which is all of them, cause I doubt there's one human on this planet who hasn't made a shitty joke once or twice in there life. If Marvel would come to their senses and re-hire Gunn that would be great but if all we can do is have proof by your signatures that Disney made a mistake i would still count that as a win. Thanks

Right now Disney's cruise line is trying to ram through environmental approval for a massive cruise ship port at Lighthouse Point that threatens this unique natural place treasured by Bahamians and visitors from around the world. The seas surrounding this southernmost point of the island of Eleuthera are so biologically rich that they have been formally proposed as a Marine Protected Area. Disney says that it will follow the same environmental standards for all its projects anywhere in the world.  Yet, Disney wants to proceed with its project on basis of a fundamentally flawed Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).  Disney refuses to disclose the data to support its claims of economic benefits to Bahamians.  It claims the project will have no impact on biodiversity, but does no studies on bonefish, groupers, sea turtles, and offshore reefs.  It totally overlooks the impacts of bringing up a million people a year to a place that some consider as unique and sacred as Yosemite.  Finally It is disappointing to see Disney ignore climate risks to the  proposed project and its own carbon emissions. Join us in challenging Disney to redo its Environmental Impact Assessment, which is now under consideration with the Government of The Bahamas.  It must address the new realities of climate change, pandemics, and systemic injustice. Disney has the opportunity to show real leadership in making the transformation to a new model of lower-impact, lower-carbon, and higher-community-benefit tourism. Let’s make Lighthouse Point a beacon of hope for the future. I am a fashion enthusiast and I think it’s disgusting that such fashionable footwear is only available in kids sizes. If anything, they should be available exclusively in adult sizes.

It's no surprise to anyone that the Star Wars franchise has experienced a massive resurgence lately, with The Force Awakens released last year and this year with the upcoming Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.  However, it's about time that the stories from over 3,000 years before the Battle of Yavin be told to both new and old fans of the franchise. The Knights of the Republic series of games as well as the MMORPG Star Wars: The Old Republic serve as the main vehicles to tell stories of characters such as Darth Revan, Darth Malak, Bastila Shan, Darth Traya, Meetra Surik, Darth Malgus, Satele Shan, and the list goes on.  The popularity of this era in Star Wars history is felt throughout the fanbase, and I feel it would do a massive disservice to us if these stories weren't told. Why Netflix was chosen was because of the wealth of great content they have produced over the years, such as Narcos, House of Cards, and especially everything that Marvel has done and is still currently working on.  Not only that, but Netflix can serve as a platform to tell these stories as they were meant to be portrayed: dark, foreboding, and a touch on the mature side.  This can also give us fans our healthy dose of Star Wars while we're waiting on the new movies or the new season of Star Wars Rebels. The Old Republic era is a pivotal point in the Star Wars timeline because that's where everything changed, from the Jedi Civil War and the fall of Revan, the First Jedi Purge, and an omnipresent darkness that not only watched the chaos from afar but also kick-started the downfall.  Our fanbase would love to see this on Netflix, and I feel that you would enjoy creating and adapting these stories as much as we would enjoy watching them. 

Depp was recenatly made resign from his roles as Grinderwald and captain Jack Sparrow for beating his former wife, Amber Heard, even though evidence seems to point to that actually Heard was beating him. But while Depp was fired from all his roles she did not get fired from a single role. Warner brothers asked him to resign from “fantastic beasts and where to find them 3” claiming the evidence wasn’t important while keeping Amber Heard in Aquaman 2. Really just doesn’t seem fair

"Hakuna matata" is a Swahili language phrase from East Africa; translate, it means "no trouble". The word "hakuna" means "there is not here" while "matata" means "problems". Hakuna Matata has been used by most Kiswahili-speaking countries such as Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Mozambique, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.Disney can't be allowed to trademark something that it didn't invent. While we respect Disney as an entertainment institution responsible for creating many of our childhood memories, the decision to trademark ‘Hakuna Matata’ is predicated purely on greed and is an insult not only the spirit of the Swahili people but also, Africa as a whole. The movie is set in Africa and the characters have African names which further makes the decision to implement the trademark a perplexing one. The term ‘Hakuna Matata’ is not a Disney creation hence not an infringement on intellectual or creative property, but an assault on the Swahili people and Africa as a whole. It sets a terrible precedence and sullies the very spirit of the term to begin with.
