Agriculture sector in India remains largely disorganized and inefficient due to lack of modern technologies and old-fashioned method of auction trading. Farmers are unaware about the market dynamics and make uninformed decisions when itcomes to sowing crops. This leads to imbalance in supply-demand of agriculture commodities. The proposed system uses data mining techniques to provide farmers with daily market rate predictions and right crop sowing suggestions at the right time. The system suggests crops which shall be in demand at their maturity and also provides a smart trading platform for selling the commodities to institutional buyers. The method involves farmers and constitutional buyers to make profiles on this platform through their cell phones and uploading their real time crop data and nature of trade respectively. The system then compares this data with the national consumption values obtained from interpolated historical data, to provide accurate crop suggestions with respect to future demand. This method further involves day wise market rate prediction of agriculture commodities, using K-NN algorithm. The predictions are based on the amounts of commodities bought into the market each day. These are tracked from the trades taking place through the system’s time advanced online trading platform. Thus this system aims to decrease the gap between supply and demand and stabilize market rates. Dear Madam, After a lot of failed attempts since past 3 years consistently; I have decided to write this petition in order to get permission granted to acquire a passport for my son. I am a single parent of a 10 year old boy. I was married to an abusive man who did not spare me even during my pregnancy. I some how managed to come back to my parents home after 3 months while pregnant with my unborn child and firmly opted not to go to that man ever again. To which he retaliated by filing for the custody of my baby and harassed me for 6 years. Despite all his slanders and attempts to harass me I won the case since I was abused and also because my ex had not given any child support, maintenance or alimony. The man I was married to lives in Dubai currently. Its been 4 years now, he has not gained access to visit my son. Now he is married for the 3rd time and has a family of his own. He has no contact with my son what so ever, nor does he make any effort to visit him. Kindly consider my petition to help me get a passport for my son, it would mean a lot to the little one. On the 29th of September 2016 my 2-year- old daughter Insiya was violently kidnapped from Amsterdam (European Union) and smuggled to Mumbai, India. Without her Dutch passport. Insiya is a Dutch citizen and holds only the Dutch nationality and passport. On the day of the kidnap three men, professional kidnappers, barged into my home in my absence and brutally took Insiya while my mother was babysitting.The Dutch Police was alarmed right after the kidnap and they issued an immediate AMBER Alert for her. In an instant it became clear that Shehzad Hemani, my ex-husband, is the mastermind behind the violent kidnap. For many years I had been trapped in an emotional and physical abusive marriage with him. In 2015 I finally gathered my courage to file for divorce and put an end to his abuse. But even after filing for divorce it just didn’t stop; it became worse and he threatened to kill me multiple times. He placed 6 GPS trackers under my car, hired people to follow me and kept threatening to kidnap my daughter. That is why the Dutch Court decided to give Insiya’s custody to me. An official Interpol Arrest Warrant has been issued for Shehzad Hemani.The Dutch and European authorities question how the kidnapper could escape and cross multiple borders. This is very concerning. I haven’t talked to my daughter since she has been kidnapped. Despite my countless efforts, the kidnapper will not let me talk to my daughter. Together with the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Dutch Government we are trying our utmost best to get Insiya back. Every morning until night I am working to get her back. I am trying everything. I will not stop until I can hold my daughter in my arms again.I have reached out to the Indian Ministry of External Affairs multiple times, but so far I haven’t got any response.Ever since Insiya was born I have been the only one taking care of her. I will not stop until I get justice, because it is Insiya’s fundamental right to be with her mother. Insiya is illegal in India. Insiya is taken hostage and gravely traumatized. For her wellbeing and safety Insiya needs to be back with her mother! The purpose of this petition is to reach out to the authorities of the Indian Government, especially the Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj. I am Shanmugam Govindasamy. My daughter S. Induja, a resident of Chennai was burnt alive allegedly by a former classmate and stalker named Akash. Induja was set on fire at the doorstep of her home in the Adambakkam neighborhood of Chennai. This incident happened around 8:45 PM on Monday, November 13, 2017, at the victim’s residence located on 7th street, Saraswathi Nagar, Adambakkam, Chennai. My wife and Indjua’s mother Ms. Renuka and my another daughter Nivedita tried to save Induja from the fire and in that process got severe burn injuries (50% and 20% respectively). Their situation is still critical and both of them are suffering from unbearable pain. They are undergoing treatment in an intensive care unit in Chennai. In Last one year in Tamil Nadu, nearly 6 young women lost their lives for the same reasons due to action such as acid throwing, stabbing, setting fire, etc. In those cases the culprits use their influence to avoid punishment, setting bad precedents for others. We have seen how much Nirbhaya from New Delhi went through. We don’t want any more women to suffer at the hands of such psychopaths who do not deserve to live in this society. We must use the fullest extent of the law to get maximum punishment to the murderer of my daughter Induja so that others do not dare do such crimes. For 40 years we have been taking care of our disabled daughters. I am 70 and my husband is 75. We don’t know how much longer we can take care of them. My younger daughter R. Sarvani  is 90% disabled and cannot move. The elder daughter R. Gayathridevi is 72% disabled, when she walks, she often slips and falls and needs constant assistance. Our sons are settled in the US and Canada. They would like to take care of their sisters when we cannot. Unfortunately we have not been able to apply for a passport due to my daughters’ severe physical disabilities..   The nearest Passport Seva Kendra is 110 km away from our residence and my daughters have to be personally present in order to apply. Travelling by bus or train is very hard for them. Due to our old age, my husband and me are also not able to help them travel. It is our humble and earnest appeal to Smt Sushma Swaraj and the Ministry of External Affairs to help us get passports for our daughters without insisting their physical presence at Passport Seva Centre distantly located. The girl did not return home and the family feared that he she has been abducted and approached police station Hiranagar next morning. He said they were unable to understand where the girl has gone? The policemen never visited the village for investigation purpose to trade the abducted girl despite registering an FIR. The family members said on Wednesday morning a local made a phone call to one of the family members and informed them that he has seen body of Shifa. The family members along with police team rushed there and found the body of the girl. Police shifted body to the hospital for post mortem. It triggered protest demonstration. A Gujjar leader Talib Hussain told Rising Kashmir that had police acted on time, the life of the minor girl could have been saved. There were torture marks and human bites on her body. She was also allegedly given electric shocks. There are marks of human teeth on her cheeks and her arms and legs are broken. She was allegedly raped. We remember that night electricity went all of sudden after transformer developed mysterious snag and next morning, the body of the girl was found. The government then  formed Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe the girl’s death. A police official said the SIT had started probe to identity and arrest the accused.The issue had repeatedly rocked the state Assembly with opposition parties raising questions and demanding action against the culprits. On January 23, the Mehbooba Mufti government had ordered a probe in the matter and handed over the case to the crime branch of the state police. Special police officer (SPO) Deepak Khujaria was later arrested by the Crime branch. Khajuria was also among those appointed to trace her when she went missing. It has also demanded that the case be handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). “We are in touch with many incumbent and former MLAs and local leaders from different constituencies. We will continue with our demand…we want the case to be handed over to the CBI because we don’t trust investigation by the crime branch,” said Sharma. The police first arrested a minor boy for his involvement in the crime. But after it was alleged that the investigation had been botched up, the case was handed over to the crime branch which then set up an independent SIT.
