Steven Arnold King is an American former politician and businessman known for his far-right views. Born in 1949, he served as a U.S. Representative from Iowa from 2003 to 2021. A Republican, King represented Iowa's 5th congressional district until its dissolution in 2013, after which he served Iowa's 4th congressional district until 2021. Before his tenure in the House of Representatives, King was a member of the Iowa State Senate from 1997 to 2003. Throughout his political career, King was a prominent figure in the Republican Party, known for his outspoken and often controversial positions. In addition to his political career, King has experience as a business executive and businessperson.
