Sam Low is a dedicated public servant with a strong educational background and extensive experience in local and state government. He earned both a Master's in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's in Theology from MBU. His career in public service is marked by a commitment to representing and improving his community. Sam has served as a State Representative for District 39, Position 1, in the Washington House of Representatives, where he works on a range of legislative issues pertinent to his constituents. Prior to his role at the state level, he was a Councilmember at the Stevens City Council and the Snohomish County Council. His diverse experience in various levels of government has equipped him with the skills necessary to effectively serve the public’s interest.
