Ron Estes, an American politician, has been the U.S. Representative for Kansas's 4th congressional district since April 2017, representing the Republican Party. Born Ronald Gene Estes, he has an extensive background as a politician, farmer, and businessperson. Before entering Congress, Estes served as the Kansas State Treasurer from 2011 to 2017. His political career also includes his role as Treasurer of Sedgwick County from 2004 to 2010. Estes holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from Tennessee Technological University in Civil Engineering and Business Administration, respectively. Known for his focus on fiscal responsibility and economic growth, Estes continues to influence policy through his commitment to serving Kansas and its residents.
