Rodney Elliott is an accomplished public figure with a strong background in public administration and political science. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Plymouth State University, a Master's in Public Administration from Suffolk University, and a Master's in Political Science from The Catholic University of America. Elliott has served in various influential roles throughout his career, including as a Congressional Liaison and Contract Officer at the United States Environmental Protection Agency. He was also a State Representative for the 16th Middlesex District in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. Additionally, he held the position of Mayor of Lowell City and was the Assistant Director for the North Region at the Department of Conservation and Recreation.
