Robert "Rob" Geoffrey Scott is an accomplished Australian businessman and former elite rower. Since 2017, he has served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive of Wesfarmers, a major industrial and retail conglomerate based in Perth. Under his leadership, Wesfarmers has been noted as Australia's largest company by revenue and its largest employer. In his athletic career, Scott was a national champion in sweep-oared heavyweight rowing, representing Australia in four World Rowing Championships and competing as a dual Olympian. He won a silver medal in the coxless pair at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. Academically, Scott earned a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University and a JD from Boston College. His career has also included roles in the US House of Representatives and founding the Peninsula Legal Aid Center.
