Robert Graham is a dedicated public servant with a strong background in law enforcement and local government. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Jackson State University, which laid the foundation for his diverse career. Graham served as a police officer with the Jackson Police Department, where he gained valuable experience in public safety and community service. In addition to his work in law enforcement, he demonstrated entrepreneurial skills as the owner of Professional Dispatch Management 911, a company focused on emergency dispatch services. Graham further extended his commitment to public service as a councilmember for District 1 on the Hinds County Council. Through these various roles, he has consistently shown a commitment to improving community safety and governance.
