Richard D. Roth is a distinguished public figure with a robust background in law, military service, and political leadership. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University, a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Miami University, and completed his high school education at Ada High School. Roth served as a veteran in the U.S. Air Force, where he also held the position of Reserve Judge Advocate. His commitment to public service is further reflected in his role as a State Senator for District 31 in the California State Senate. In addition to his legislative duties, Roth has shared his expertise as an Adjunct Instructor in Labor and Employment Law at the University of California, demonstrating his dedication to education and legal affairs.
