Trump Promised to Let States Decide on Legal Pot, Yet Appointed Anti-Pot Jeff Sessions to Be Attorney General Donald Trump should follow up on his campaign promise by respecting state's rights, which is what Republicans respect in so many other aspects of law. Jeff Sessions would be wasting millions in federal money by trying to crack down on legal states. Legalization Cuts Black Market Profits and Prevents Pot Abuse Amongst Minors.  Trump has expressed concern over the effect Mexican Drug Cartels have on our society through his advocacy for a stronger boarder. Legalization will cut their profits significantly. Marijuana sales will be through licensed vendors who check for IDs, unlike black market dealers. This prevents children from having access. Legalization Will Generate Billions in Tax Revenue  Donald Trump wants to generate revenue for our country, this is the best way to go about doing so. Legal Marijuana will generate a $40 Billion industry. Legalization Has Too Much Momentum to Be Stopped.  8 states (Nevada, Maine, Colorado, Washington, California, Massachusetts, Alaska, and Oregon) and Washington, D.C. have voted to legalize marijuana. The populations of those states add up to be over half of the U.S. population. Revamping a drug war and cracking down on those legal states will be a waste of money and a road to nowhere. $1 trillion has been wasted in the War on Drugs, yet the United States has no success to show for it. Who has won the war? Definitely not the U.S. Government. The black market has. The Obama Administration has Implemented Mandates to Not Crack Down on Legal Marijuana States. Please Prevent Sessions from Ignoring those.  The Cole Memo was written under former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and states that the federal government will not interfere with states that legalize recreational and medical marijuana so long as they follow a series of guidelines set forth within the document. Also, The Hinchey-Rohrabacher amendment is a piece of congressional legislation that prohibits the Department of Justice from spending federal dollars to enforce federal prohibition in states that have moved to decriminalize or legalize medical marijuana. Donald Trump, Please Find Common Ground With the 60% of Americans Who Support Legalization. Show Integrity and Compassion in Regard to the Liberties Americans Deserve.Read more

*This excludes peaceful, non-paid protesters.* Our cities are being destroyed by paid "protesters"/rioters. These individuals should be arrested for hate crimes and treason for attempting to incite a civil war. An investigation needs to be opened into who is funding these anti-America activities (the violent rioting/”protesting”) and these individuals/organizations should be charged for hate crimes and treason as well as be labeled as hate groups. They should be investigated and charged for inciting civil unrest with the intention of initiating a civil war. We are calling on the government to act before more violence and additional murders, such as police officers murdered in multiple cities, take place. There is no place in our country for this lawlessness, bullying, and hatred. Every citizen deserves to be protected, feel safe, and treated fairly.Read more

This is to let the Clinton supporters know that our vote counts too. Both candidates knew the process going into the election and Clinton, knowing the process, has conceded. To the Electorals: We ask that you vote according to your state’s consensus, with tradition, and within the law. The citizens of the United States have voted and now the electoral process should be completed as promised. We want our 45th President, Donald J. Trump, to know that we support him.Read more

Big Tech social media companies like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Apple/iTunes, Microsoft, Disqus, and many others have taken to banning anyone that doesn't align 100% with their narrative going into the 2018 elections. They are silencing the voices of Conservative Republicans and now, as of this past week, even those of moderate Democrats that are beginning to question the direction of the DNC, who seem to blindly back actions of known DHS terrorist group AntiFa and the lies of the MSM's "Fake News" narratives, while clearly and openly supporting an anti-American Communist agenda. The US Government must step in to ensure that our Constitutional rights are protected leading into the 2018 elections, and all companies utilizing the $1.4 Trillion US taxpayer (bought and paid for) internet infrastructure is protected and that US Rule of Law is present and applied equally to preserve our right as free US citizens to communicate thoughts and ideas leading into the election season and time indefinite going forward.Read more

Paul Ryan has repeatedly failed to represent the will of the people, advanced legislation antagonistic to Republicans and Republican principles and has, most recently, betrayed the Republican voters of this Country as well as his implicit duty to support the Republican Presidential candidate, Mr. Donald J. Trump (for whom the people voted in historic proportions).  Paul Ryan is not a Republican and, therefore, he should be removed from his Speakership position and replaced in his upcoming race.Read more

URGENT CALL TO ACTION to President-Elect Trump Rep. John Mica lost his congressional seat in the election and is now lobbying President-Elect Trump to be appointed Transportation Secretary. President-Elect Trump has promised a government for “the people,” not for special interests and lobbyists. Rep. Mica has a track record of supporting special interests, and in particular, All Aboard Florida. This is urgent. Sign this petition that will go to President Elect Trump and his Chief of Staff, Reince Priebus, urging them for a transparent government with a strong cabinet team that will carry out the will of the people, not special interests or lobbyist. The following information about Rep. Mica was obtained from the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s Research Department. http://dccc.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/160617_John_Mica_Research_Report.pdfMICA PROMISED TO CLEAR PERMITTING RED TAPE FOR ALL ABOARD FLORIDA PROJECTPromised To Clear Permitting Red Tape For All Aboard Florida Project. “Promising to cut through the permitting red tape, U.S. Rep. John L. Mica (R-FL) is putting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on notice this week that he expects the agency to fast track the approval of permits for privately sponsored passenger rail service over an existing rail corridor and transportation right-of-way between Miami and Orlando…The ‘All Aboard Florida’ passenger rail project sponsored by FloridaEast Coast Industries will provide frequent service between Orlando and Miami. The 230-mile distance will be covered in approximately three hours at speeds of up to 110 mph.” [Mica Press Release, 6/18/12] IMPROPER RELATIONSHIP WITH ALL ABOARD FLORIDA LOBBYIST - SIGNIFICANT FINDINGS: ·      Mica fast tracked the All Aboard Florida rail project, whose chief lobbyist is Russell “Rusty” Roberts, Mica’s former chief of staff, and helped secure terminal space at Orlando International Airport that will likely be used by the rail line. ·      Roberts may have violated Florida’s Sunshine Laws while lobbying for All Aboard Florida ·      Florida East Coast Industries, which oversees All Aboard Florida and which Rusty Roberts works for, contributed $4,000 to Mica in between 2014 – 2016 while Roberts himself bundled $14,500 for Mica between 2011 – 2014 ·      A coalition of activists oppose All Aboard Florida because they think it’s a cover to build more freight rail lines and they object to the $1.75 billion allocation of tax-exempt bonds for the project, a subsidy possibly worth $600 million  John Mica’s former chief of staff, Russell “Rusty” Roberts, was working as a lobbyist for Florida East Coast Industries, which owns All Aboard Florida, a higher-speed rail line project that would connect Orlando to Miami. Florida East Coast Industries has donated $4,000 to Mica in between 2014 to 2016, and Rusty Roberts has bundled $14,500 for Mica. Mica, in turn, has worked to expedite construction of All Aboard Florida, issuing a press release trumpeting his role in fast-tracking permit approvals for the project from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and fighting to obtain FAA approval for terminal space at Orlando International Airport that would likely be used for All Aboard Florida. He also demonstrated strong support for All Aboard Florida’s allotment of tax-exempt privateactivity bonds. A coalition of Florida activists oppose All Aboard Florida because they think it is a cover to build more freight lines and they object to the huge subsidy Florida East Coast Industries is receiving by being able to issue tax-exempt bonds for the project, which could save them upwards of $600 million in interest costs. An average of 682,000 hit-and-run crashes occurred each year since 2006. Nearly 65 percent of people killed in hit-and-run crashes were pedestrians or bicyclists. Hit-and-run deaths in the U.S. have increased an average of 7.2 percent each year since 2009.Jay alert just like Amber alert will notify us the people and most importantly Auto shops of any hit & runs . With Jay alert could help cut down hit and runs , solve cases faster and most important help get victims families close to closure by having all eyes looking out for suspect at hand . Two years ago my sister 8 year old daughter was killed walking home from school with her two brothers and sister when she was hit and killed . The driver took the hit and run vehicle one hour away from the scene to a auto shop and said he had hit a deer . The auto shop knew nothing about the case . I vowed to not have to see anyone go through what my sister and her family had to by this new Jay alert bill we been working on passing, for two years meanwhile more and more hit and runs are occurring. This bill must get passed .Read more

We have all seen and heard about the ethics and conflicts of interests issues that have been raised with regards to President Trump and his Cabinet picks.   We have seen the President's plan to eliminate his conflicts of interests.  A plan which the Office of Government Ethics has deemed "meaningless".  We have heard of multiple cabinet picks not filing the proper ethics and financial review paperwork with the Office of Government Ethics prior to their confirmation hearings. We have also seen President Trump's claims that no one but the press cares about his tax returns and conflicts of interests. The conflicts of interest issues with President Trump and his Cabinet picks are of paramount concern to all of us.  We want to ensure our expectations as average citizens are heard and understood by the President and his cabinet.  We also want to show our support for the Office of Government Ethics. Please review the linked letter addressed to President Trump and the members of his Cabinet.  If you agree with the letter and the expectations described, we would appreciate your signature.Read more

Good evening sir,                  It is my proposal that General James Mattis be added to your cabinet candidate list for the White House staffing. General Mattis is a retired United States Marine Corps general who last served as the 11th commander of United States Central Command. He is also known for implementing the COIN strategy. He led the 1st Marine Expeditionary Brigade into Afghanistan in 2001, the 1st Marine Division into Iraq in 2003, and led an operation into Fallujah in 2004 dubbed "Operation Vigilant Resolve", and helped to plan the later "Operation Phantom Fury".   Sir, I am a Marine and I can tell you personally that there are almost no other prior military leaders that would have as much support from all branches of the military as General Mattis would. General Mattis has supported his Marines and service members through thick and thin while showing complete dedication to the betterment of every aspect of military life. He has also garnered respect and reverence comparable to that of great leaders in our past that now only live on in history books. He is our generation's version of a George Patton, Dwight Eisenhower, or Chesty Puller.   General Mattis has also gathered somewhat of a cult following inciting sayings and memes comparable to that of the Chuck Norris jokes. A few examples are: "47 confirmed kills with an E-tool...carrier" (referencing the pouch that our compact shovels are carried in), " Killed 10 insurgents with a hand grenade...before it exploded" , "Gets pulled over...let's the cop go with a warning". Albeit in a joking context, it does compliment how outstanding those that served under him feel that he has done.   General Mattis is learned in the methods and tactics involved in armed conflict, versed in literature, and promotes higher education for all service members. He has taken a stance on VA negligence, veteran suicide, benefits, and regulatory mandates for the armed forces. In many service members eyes, he is the perfect blend between Mother Theresa and Gunnery Sergeant Highway (Clint Eastwood's character in Heartbreak Ridge). He shows compassion but he is also fierce when needed and would strike fear in to our adversaries. I will now offer some quotes of his for you to read.   1. "Be polite, be professional, but have a plan to kill everybody you meet."    2. (While talking to enemy commanders) "I come in peace. I didn't bring artillery. But I’m pleading with you, with tears in my eyes: If you f* with me, I’ll kill you all."   3."If in order to kill the enemy you have to kill an innocent, don’t take the shot. Don’t create more enemies than you take out by some immoral act."   4."We’ve backed off in good faith to try and give you a chance to straighten this problem out. But I am going to beg with you for a minute. I'm going to plead with you, do not cross us. Because if you do, the survivors will write about what we do here for 10,000 years."   5."In this age, I don’t care how tactically or operationally brilliant you are, if you cannot create harmony—even vicious harmony—on the battlefield based on trust across service lines, across coalition and national lines, and across civilian/military lines, you need to go home, because your leadership is obsolete. We have got to have officers who can create harmony across all those lines."   6."You are part of the world's most feared and trusted force. Engage your brain before you engage your weapon."   7."For the mission's sake, for our country's sake, and the sake of the men who carried the Division's colors in past battles — "who fought for life and never lost their nerve" — carry out your mission and keep your honor clean. Demonstrate to the world there is “No Better Friend — No Worse Enemy” than a US Marine."   Sir, as you can tell by this man's speech, he is intelligent, well read, has integrity and honor, and expects the same from all members serving under him. He does not need to demand respect or command others to do his will. Due to his character, service men and women line up for the chance, nay, the privilege to go anywhere for the great general. I can guarantee, that if this man is appointed to part of your cabinet that you will not be disappointed and that your service members will be ecstatic for having him in a new position of leadership.   In closing President-Elect Trump, I believe that General James "Mad Dog" Mattis would be a great cabinet member for you serving as Secretary of Defense, Secretary Of Homeland Security, or National Security Adviser. He would need a waiver from congress due to the 7 year exit from service limit for general officers. You can make this happen sir. Please select him and help "Make America's military great again"! Very Respectfully, Beau King, Sergeant - USMCRRead more

Donald Trump
In his first campaign for the presidency, Barack Obama gave an eloquent speech on race relations in the United States. He spoke to his personal experiences, his knowledge of history, and his vision for a diverse and inclusive future for our nation. We ask Donald Trump to do the same. We want to hear in a formal address that he fully disavows all factions that discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, ethnicity, age, partner preference, or any other form of prejudice. We wish to take the President-elect at his word, that he in no way condones the behavior of the Alt-Right, the KKK, any white nationalist or supremacy organizations, or any other hate group that may publicly express support for him. We have heard Mr. Trump offer casual comments that he wants hate speech and hate crimes to stop, but we want to hear him speak to us as the leader of our cherished nation that his vision of America is one of tolerance, acceptance, and equality. We want to hear that he will distance himself from the kinds of hate groups tracked by the Southern Poverty Law Center, and that he openly rejects any celebration in his honor or invocation of his name as a catalyst for divisiveness. We want his assurance that the infliction of violence upending civil rights will be met with the swift and full authority of our legal system backed by his personal support. In giving such a speech, President-elect Trump can not only help the nation to heal, he can bring us together in a united voice that gives us reason to believe all of us who live our lives peacefully have an ongoing right to self-determination in the form of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We need to know with certainty that he wants us to get along and come together as one nation. We need to hear him assure us that he is a man of compassion and acceptance, not hate and bias. Please add your name to our petition asking Mr. Trump to give this historic speech in the conviction that our nation will be stronger for knowing the heart of the man elected to be our next president.
