Raquetta Dotley is a dedicated public figure with a strong background in community service and education. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Tennessee and a Master's in Christian Education from Temple Baptist Seminary. Dotley has demonstrated her commitment to youth and community development through various leadership roles. She served as a Youth Pastor at Westside Missionary Baptist Church, where she focused on guiding and mentoring young people. Additionally, she has been deeply involved with The Net Resource Foundation, where she held the positions of Program Director and Executive Director. Her work reflects a passion for empowering individuals and fostering positive change within her community.
