Priya Sundareshan is an accomplished politician and academic with a diverse background in law, environmental policy, and resource management. She currently serves as the Senator for District 18 in the Arizona State Senate, where she brings her expertise in natural resources and environmental law to the legislative process. Priya holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master's in Natural Resource Economics, and a Juris Doctor, both from the University of Arizona. Her professional experience includes roles as a Consultant Analyst at PA Consulting Group, Director of the Natural Resources Use & Management Clinic at the University of Arizona, and Attorney at the Environmental Defense Fund. Additionally, she has served as the Voter Protection Hotline Legal Director for the Arizona Democratic Party.
