Phil has served as a Councilmember on the Santa Monica City Council, demonstrating his commitment to civic engagement. In the private sector, he is the President and CEO of Studio Talent Group, where he leverages his leadership skills. Phil has also been a Commissioner at the Santa Monica Recreation & Parks Commission and has held the position of President at Kiwanis International and Royal Scandinavian Industries. Additionally, he has shared his expertise as an Acting Instructor at The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute.
