Peter Jaret Abbarno is an American attorney, businessman, and Republican politician from Washington State. Currently serving as a member of the Washington House of Representatives for District 20, he took office on January 11, 2021. Abbarno has a diverse educational background, holding a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Fredonia, a Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School, and a Master's in Taxation from the University of Washington. His professional experience is extensive, having served as a Law Clerk at multiple institutions, including Martin and Associates and the Washington State Attorney General's Office. He has also been an Attorney and Partner at Althauser Rayan Abbarno, LLP, and a Deputy Assistant Prosecuting Attorney at the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. Additionally, Abbarno has been a councilmember in Centralia and worked at the University of Washington Federal Tax Clinic.
