Paul R. Andrews is a notable American NASCAR crew chief celebrated for his significant contributions to the NASCAR Cup Series. He gained prominence in the racing community as the crew chief for Alan Kulwicki's team, leading them to victory in the 1992 NASCAR Winston Cup Series championship. With a career spanning numerous achievements, Andrews accumulated 12 victories and 30 pole positions as a crew chief. He also served as the crew chief for Bobby Labonte's No. 43 team at Petty Enterprises until August 2007. Beyond his racing career, Andrews held various roles including a surveyor at G.N. Wessel & Associates, auditor at Kitsap County, and senior project manager in the Assessor's Office at Pierce County.
