Patrick Collins is the current Mayor of Cheyenne, Wyoming, having been sworn in on January 4, 2021. Collins, a Cheyenne businessman, was re-elected to a second term in November 2024. A long-time City Councilman, Collins also served on boards for the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce and Prevent Child Abuse Wyoming. He was also involved with the Cheyenne Greenway, Cheyenne Soccer Association and Leadership Cheyenne, where he received the National Distinguished Leadership Award in 1999. As mayor, Collins serves as the Chief Executive and Operating Officer for the city. Collins attended Carey Junior High, East High School, and the University of Wyoming\
