Gallaway has held various leadership roles in the automotive sector, including positions such as New Car Sales Manager at BMW of Charlottesville, General Sales Manager at Mercedes Benz of Charlottesville, and Director of Training and Professional Development at Brown Automotive Group. Additionally, he has served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Piedmont Virginia Community College and a Research Assistant at the University of Virginia.
