Natalie M. Higgins is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives since 2017, representing the 4th Worcester District. A lifelong resident of Leominster, Massachusetts, she is a dedicated member of the Democratic Party. Higgins is a Boston-educated attorney who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts and a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University. Prior to her legislative role, she worked extensively in the non-profit sector as a teen counselor, community educator, and hotline counselor/advocate at Pathways for Change, Inc. She also served as the Executive Director of the Public Higher Education Network of Massachusetts (PHENOM), showcasing her commitment to education and community service.
