Molly Rhodes is a dedicated public servant and community leader with a rich background in both the nonprofit sector and local government. She graduated from Stuyvesant High School and went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in English Literature with Theatre Studies from Yale University. Molly has held several key roles in various organizations, demonstrating her commitment to social causes and community empowerment. Her career includes positions such as Systems and Processes Analyst and Infrastructure Coordinator at St John Ambulance, as well as Director of Data Quality & User Support and Director of Corps Member Finances at Teach For America. She also served as Production Manager at the Real Change Homeless Empowerment Project and Development and Communications Manager at At The Crossroads. Currently, Molly represents Ward 1 as a Councilmember in the City of Beacon.
