Michael O'Donnell II, also known as Michael O'Donnell, Jr., is an American politician affiliated with the Republican Party. He served as a member of the Sedgwick County Commission in Kansas, representing District 2 from 2017 to 2020. Prior to this role, O'Donnell was a member of the Kansas Senate, representing the 25th district, and also served on the Wichita City Council. His educational background includes a high school diploma from Lindbergh High School, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, and a Master’s degree in Military Strategic Intelligence from American Military University. In addition to his political career, O'Donnell has experience as a State Representative in the Missouri House of Representatives, a Vice President and Municipal Bond Trader at Wells Fargo, and as a Lieutenant Commander and Intelligence Analyst in the US Navy.
