Michael Patrick Guest is an American attorney and Republican politician who has served as the U.S. Representative for Mississippi's 3rd congressional district since 2019. As a leading member of the Republican Party, Guest became the ranking member of the United States House Committee on Ethics following Jackie Walorski's death in August 2022 and assumed the chairmanship in the 118th Congress after Republicans gained a majority. Before his tenure in Congress, he served as the District Attorney for Madison and Rankin Counties.
